It's a disgusting experience visiting this hospital! To begin with, the administration is a nightmare. There is no order, boorish attitude towards patients, constant queues and hassle. I made an appointment two weeks in advance, but in the end I waited in the hallway for 4 hours, although the time was set specifically. The corridors are dirty, the toilets are not cleaned, and the smell is terrible. The wards are overcrowded and the equipment is outdated. The doctors I had to talk to are clearly not interested in patients — they talk through their teeth, and they are reluctant to answer questions. For such conditions and attitude — a solid unit! I do not advise anyone to contact here if there is an opportunity to choose another place.

There are very few good doctors. The rest are rude, show a completely inhumane attitude towards patients, openly insult patients. You work with people!!! Especially the "surgeon" Ekaterina Fedorova!! I didn't examine it properly, I immediately scheduled an operation, which in the end I didn't need. She was rude the whole time.
