A bedridden patient, a disabled person of group 1 was admitted on 05/05/2025 in serious condition, relatives arrived on 05/6.25,they were told that everything necessary was being done, this was a consequence of a stroke that happened 3 years ago, 4 days later, relatives came to the patient and saw that the condition was deteriorating and, at the insistence of relatives, to exclude another stroke, they called an ambulance and took them from this hospital to the 3rd city hospital in Gomel, where they did a CT scan of the brain and did not confirm another stroke, but they said that according to the results of the tests, the person who had been in the hospital for 5 days was completely dehydrated and if it had been a couple more days it would have been very late. The doctor wrote it all down in the report sheet.They immediately gave him an injection there and his right arm began to move, although this could have been done in the hospital where he lay for 5 days, but no one did it there.
This raises the question of how doctors , where the patient is being observed and treated , did not see all this when taking all the necessary tests and the available indicators ?
