Today I was with my mother at a reception in the building where they take the temperature . The doctor's appointment starts at 8.00. She wasn't in the office. Without waiting in line A WOMAN AND TWO GUYS came INTO the office , WITH ARROGANT FACES !!!! (as I understand it, these are friends of friends and relatives of relatives). THE TIME is 8.10 a.m. the doctor did not come. Everyone's nerves were already giving up, I went to the head doctor. In the waiting room of the head of the doctor, they told me that everything was in five minutes.And they said go to the manager and wait for him . I went to his office, the nurse was sitting there and said that the head was on five minutes. Although the manager was standing outside and calmly holding out a cigarette. After that, he came to his office and at my request to do something, he threw me out of the office shouting! ( shameless - and I 'm still holding myself back ) I went to the head doctor, the receptionist told me that she was busy. And the head came out to me .saying that everything will be solved now. I never saw the head of the doctor. And I so wanted to tell her about what kind of lawlessness she has in the institution! Everything is fine with her only in newspapers and on the Internet, but in fact it's a mess! Doctors don't care if people feel bad or not. They behave like an animal!!! As a result, the doctor appeared only at 8.55 with the words - Oh, God! P.S. I will say one thing - I work in healthcare myself and I have never seen this before!
