Recently, my father was lying in the therapeutic department, he became ill, the nurses at the post did not even move to call the doctor on duty, although their father asked. When my mother found out, she called the post and asked for something to be done, as he was screaming in pain and asking for help.But the nurse rudely replied that she would scream and calm down and hung up. It's a pity that I found out about this situation a couple of days later, since I live in another city. I would like to understand and ask the head of the hospital why the staff has such indifference to sick people and a boorish attitude towards their relatives? Apparently, the regional health department and the Ministry of Health need to be informed so that they can help restore order in this hospital
