There are many places in the world, but some of them are the real antipodes of comfort and civilized communication. In particular, this applies to some medical institutions, where it seems that employees have never completed their studies at medical universities. Unfortunately, there is a complete lack of basic norms of etiquette and social behavior: rudeness and disrespect are becoming the norm. It's hard not to feel disappointed when you come across medical professionals who seem designed to help people, but instead demonstrate only a lack of professionalism. They don't know how to make proper diagnoses, prescribe referrals, and, most unfortunately, take proper care of patients. I've encountered similar situations more than once when I brought my grandmother to the hospital, and each time I was left with terrible impressions. Of course, it should be borne in mind that the level of education and communication styles may vary depending on the region. But it's still hard to understand how some people who have made the choice to stay in a small village may not realize the importance of personal growth and exploring life beyond.
