I would like to express my gratitude to Anastasia Olegovna, head of the surgical department. A professional and a doctor from God. In general, the hospital is excellent, clean and beautiful, without queues and crowds. The doctors are all young and interested. Also, the girls from the MRI room are very good.Therapists and neurologists are all great. the only negative is the terrible staircase with very dangerous handrails. We didn't think at all during the construction that it was dangerous for children and indeed for everyone. be sure to install safety nets there.

I got to the regional hospital by ambulance on the night of Friday, 9.11. - on Saturday. And to my surprise , I felt a very attentive attitude .Everything was clearly examined and identified in the department of surgery. The surgeon on duty, Nikolai Ivanovich, looked at me in the department and, on his recommendation, immediately put an IV drip, painkillers relieving acute pain Igor Vasilyevich appeared, who underwent surgery in 2017. This is the head of this department, a surgeon from God. At that time, he did something in a timely manner that turned out to be more than what was very significant for my health. This time, the doctor was categorical in his conversation with me, insisting that I have a colonoscopy, which I was not enthusiastic about in the past. He clearly said, "If you don't want to do this procedure, sign the documents and leave, we won't keep you."I realized that I had to do something to determine my health. I want to write about this procedure mainly. I was very afraid, I was preparing for these procedures all night At 12:00 the next day, first they looked at my stomach (gastroscopy), then they asked me to turn on my right side, the anesthesiologist immediately connected an IV drip to my right arm, gave me an oxygen mask and began the voice procedure. When I felt a little pain, the anesthesiologist (he said to add, but what to add was probably some kind of painkiller )and so this procedure lasted , there were painful sensations and stopped due to the clear coordination and actions of the doctor . At the end of the procedure, I felt that it was hard to breathe, and when I said that it was hard for me to breathe, she said be patient, we were already on the way out. When I slowly got up from the chair, I felt some satisfaction from the professionalism that surrounded me, but I said, "I probably feel bad there, I'm going to die soon." They laughed and said No : "you will still live .We found a small polyp on your way out and we cauterized it. She asked , "What is the name of the doctor who directed all the actions," She simply called herself ANYA . I don't know anything more about her.She went out into the hallway and cried for a long time , Crying from the fact that everyone should be like her, a professional in her place , it turns out there is no fear, there is no pain .I couldn't do it under anesthesia with my heartache, and here they picked up on everything so that I rescheduled this procedure as it should bring. Thank you for having such professionals who take their professional skills so seriously and multiply them. And in general, the entire team that accompanied these procedures all worked well, quickly. I would like to congratulate this team on the upcoming new year and congratulate the entire staff of the surgical department in 2005. This is my 80th anniversary year on March 7th. I am proud that there are real professionals, however, there are people in the same department who need to learn from people like Anya.Thank you for Igor Vasilich bringing up such followers, God grant everyone good health and professional skills. People, this is the only place where they listened, took the (already existing) referral for a saline drip and took us to work to look at this drip as well. And it's all about the process. The referral was reviewed, an examination, a survey, and an express blood test. Yes, it's evening, but no paid medical center puts ivs on, the ambulance doesn't do this, not their profile. And it is necessary to put a drip tray, otherwise the blood thickens and the temperature rises, although enough water was consumed. The consequences of the flu. It is here, in the district office, in the reception area around the clock, that you can be greeted the way you once saw in TV series about medicine, in Doctor house, in interns, only here everything is for real. You guys are cool! I hope that somehow the chief physician or the people from the Ministry of Health who set up the process will see this feedback. This is exactly what emergency medicine should look like.
