I've been going to the studio since the opening, the best craftsmen and service! I love this place, manicure is always a bomb, and now I've done lamination of eyelashes with eyebrows, it's fire! Real girl therapy is always only there 🩷

The quality of services has deteriorated significantly. Previously, both manicures and pedicures were decent. According to my recommendations, 3 more people came to the salon. We were regular customers. As a result, everyone left, a new employee and I had a friend finish and dry her toenails to onycholysis. I've been splicing my nail all summer and still haven't cured it. I did not hear any apologies or suggestions for solving the problem. The ANSWER IS THAT IT'S YOUR OWN FAULT. As a result, minus 4 regular customers.

I asked every time about the feelings, worried so that it would be comfortable. I would like to say that Yana approaches the whole process with a soul and great attention to the comfort of the client, which is currently very rare even in top beauty salons. On 10.01.2025, I visited Maria's manicure master. After 10 days of wearing, mold formed under the nail. I asked the administrator to eliminate the mold in order to avoid harm to health. To which the answer was received that this reason could arise from a bruised nail, elimination on a reimbursable basis, which amounts to 45 rubles. When contacting another nail studio, the master confirmed the presence of mold, this problem was eliminated free of charge by cutting down the native nail to the thickness of the sheet. Take care of your health and avoid such nail salons.

AVOID IT if you don't want to go to the podologist later and cut out the nails "burned" in the lamp. I did a French pedicure, showed a photo, but when the master finished the work, there was no limit to my disappointment. The strip was 6-7 mm thick, and the nail was cut to zero. Please note that it was a wedding pedicure and the mood was ruined. I told the receptionist that it was the worst pedicure I've ever had, but I didn't get any reaction, although you didn't have to pay for it at all. At home, I found that, plus, the heels were not fully processed. Four days later, the coating of three toenails on each foot completely peeled off. A week later, the coating of large nails came off with a "cloth" and it turned out that the plate on one of the nails was burned in a lamp!!! Now for the second month it is necessary to restore the nail, of course, no pedicure can be done this summer. The most disgusting trip to this salon: at the cost of a pedicure of 65-70 rubles, to make such a horror.

The disappointment is complete, as far as quality and service are concerned. They burned my nails so that I still can't repair the nail plate. The first time I got on maniebre and the burning in the lamp was just terrible, the first time it happened, I paid attention to it and another time they already put less power on, it was tolerable, but it didn't save either. Fortunately, it was simply not possible to sign up for the third time, since working with clients also leaves much to be desired, there was no record for a long time, they asked me to wait for the schedule, and when it appeared, they offered me a completely inconvenient time, although I asked in advance. But it saved me, because apparently, in pursuit of a large number of customers and earnings, people want to do their job faster and turn off the lamps at full power so that everything dries faster, and they don't care about burns.

Beautiful studio, two stars for it. The quality is disgusting. I did my nails, they were kept on gel polish for 2 hours and 10 minutes. They finished it after the studio closed ... as a result, all the nails of different architecture. All that we could offer, this is the most inconvenient time to redo 3 p.m. with my surcharge!!! For the top master. And who will pay for my time? In order not to be unfounded, I am attaching a photo. If I wanted a matte top, I would have sat until the morning, but the master covered me with a shiny varnish and let me go .... I can not recommend this studio.

A cozy salon, a tool for work is opened in front of the client (respect!), nail files, a brush after manicure was offered to pick up, a large color palette, tea and coffee are treated. I did a manicure twice, treated without chipping. I recommend.

I've been there 3 times. The first two are all great, but the master has left. I signed up for a new master (the masters were offered at the reception), a new one in the salon. On December 29, I made a coating, and by the evening there were detachments. There were already chips on the 31st. I asked for a photo and sent it. After NG, I wanted to redo my nails under warranty (not all), there were two holidays ahead, they returned the money to me, although I did not ask and did not think about it! And then I wanted to sign up, but I was ignored, they don't answer my messages. It's not professional!!! Whose idea of such an attitude towards customers is unclear.... What is my fault? Therefore , I do not recommend it ...
