I like the Bon network, it was my first time in this branch. I liked everything about the food — it was delicious, as usual. But the coffee (ice latte with nut syrup) turned out to be too sweet, even though I asked for a medium sweet. She asked me to add some ice or coffee, but the taste didn't change. Then she asked to redo the drink, but the waitress said that the barista refused because the coffee was with nut syrup. She offered to make it without syrup, the barista agreed, but unfortunately, the drink remained just as sugary — it felt like they just poured the old one. In the end, she didn't pick up the coffee. The fundamental behavior of the barista is unclear.

Compared to other branches, it generally sucks. We often have breakfast at the Toshkent City branch. We ordered an omelet and oatmeal porridge for breakfast, there was no one else in the restaurant, they waited 40 minutes for the order. The porridge portion is significantly small compared to other branches, and the omelet doesn't taste very good here. The toilet is not working, they asked for at least a wet cloth, it's not there either.
