There are no complaints about the network itself, probably the best in Tashkent both in terms of quality and service. But I've been disappointed in this particular coffee shop for the umpteenth time. There is no one at the cash register, the staff is waiting for a very long time - it is not clear where they are walking. The guy came back from the street today and started making coffee right away. I asked him to wash his hands before cooking - he just took a glove with dirty hands and pulled it on his right hand and continued. Even after my request! That is, a person does not understand the norms of work in catering at all. And then what's going on in the kitchen where no one sees? To say that I'm shocked is an understatement - have a training conversation with your staff.
