My favorite branch in this chain of premium coffee shops. Delicious food made from always fresh ingredients. The staff is polite, courteous, nimble and well-trained. They know the menu by heart, and they remember your wishes if you come periodically. There are three landings: a covered courtyard, a ground floor and a landing in a cozy basement. If you are a connoisseur of the muffled sounds of the kitchen and relaxation, I advise you to take a table downstairs)) Always clean and tidy. That's great!

We were at this branch today, but one thing was disappointing. There were no seats. We were asked to wait and that a place would be available. We did not regret that we were waiting for a very nice fishing rod. We immediately took the order. The filly steake was delicious and the meat salad was delicious. I've always loved breakfast in Beaune. Everything is always very tasty and beautiful. Unfortunately, the last time I went in for breakfast, I was disappointed with the coffee I ordered. It's just American. It was not only tasteless, but also cold. It seemed that the coffee was diluted with water and there was no saturation. Maybe you don't feel it when ordering a latte or cappuccino, but the Americano is frankly disappointing. Bon, positioning itself as a coffee shop, is losing customers who appreciate good coffee. I was very disappointed, as I came not so much to eat as to drink delicious coffee.

Hello, dear representatives of the BON coffee chain! I have been your regular customer for over 10 years. I love your coffee shop and many of the staff — over the years you have become a familiar place for me. But today I came across a very unpleasant and hurtful situation. I arrived at the Shymkent branch at about 10:00 a.m., placed an order and waited for about 30 minutes, although I had the usual ready—made dish - nothing that requires long cooking. During this time, several people of European appearance approached; they all arrived later than me, but they were served much faster, and they received orders before me. I want to emphasize that I am not a nationalist, and I always treat all peoples with respect. But this behavior of the staff looks like a clear bias in appearance and causes a deep sense of resentment. Especially considering that your network has already had comments and cases related to ethnic conflicts, this makes the situation even more alarming. The question is straightforward: Do you specifically train employees to prioritize customers based on appearance or background? Or why should a regular guest wait for "European-looking" guests to be served? I ask you to urgently look into this incident and take action — people should not be given any reason to think that discrimination is operating in your coffee shops. I have always been a loyal guest, but after such an attitude it is difficult for me to remain indifferent.
