The egg is overcooked, bluish with an absolutely pale, unappetizing yolk, plastic vegetables (in the middle of September!). Where so many visitors come from, A beautiful place in the shade of huge trees is filled with plastic tables like at a train station, no comfort, no interior. But lately, to my great regret, there have been problems with the kitchen and customer service, everything has become noticeably more expensive, and the size (volume) of dishes, especially salads, has decreased dramatically. That is, "the price is higher - the size of the dishes is smaller" - is this the new ideology of the Bon cafe chain! ? In the branch opposite the French Embassy, they once brought us a salad, completely forgetting to add chicken fillet to it, which had never happened to us here before) And in the same branch, we are constantly given checks with keycodes, when registering them in the application from the Tax Inspectorate, the 1% cashback due to us is not assigned. Moreover, there is no such problem in other branches.

We live nearby, we started going to the restaurant for breakfast, the food is delicious, but the orders take an incredibly long time, the first time we ordered pancakes, they arrived in 40 minutes almost, the next day we ordered the same thing, they arrived again in 40 minutes. The staff is friendly, but the waiters are often forgotten, i.e. they asked for an ashtray, they brought it with only 3 requests, they asked for appliances, they brought it with 2-3 requests.
