The shortage of the product I paid for was explained by the fact that it was given to someone for samples. In the beginning, they tried to prove that these packages should not have been there. However, after my objection: since there are 50 pieces in the invoice, 50 pieces were paid by me, which means 50 pieces should come, not 48, the person talking to me retreated and already agreed that there really was not enough)). When paying for the goods, the driver did not issue a receipt, arguing that he did not have one, there was only an invoice for payment - this is the "receipt"))) They replied that they had given the receipt to the driver, but he had lost it) There are also no other documents confirming the payment. When ordering through the website, I requested that copies of the documents confirming the safety of the packaging be attached in the comments to the order. As a result, the documents were also not sent. It's not clear what kind of product they sell or what's going on in this organization. In a word, a circus. The hotline sends out a call to MTS to some weirdos trying to make a fool of the buyer. No one knows, understands, or knows how to do anything. As a result, they somehow vaguely said that everything would be sorted out and the missing documents and goods would be sent. Will wait. Updating the review After 2 days, the missing goods and documents were sent, including a receipt and documents on the quality of the goods. As a bonus, we put a lot of samples of other sizes. (I hope it wasn't taken away from someone else (a joke, of course (I hope) It's not clear why it couldn't have been done so right away, without these conversations, calls, and mailings. I am not inclined to characterize a person from the ugly side and attribute his actions to malicious intent. I attribute bad deeds only to the case of chance, haste, and New Year's mood. I hope that's really the case. I'm upgrading the rating from one to three stars.

Terrible attitude towards customers, complete disregard for the order and feedback. I came personally, spent my time and gas. As soon as the seller heard the order, he didn't give a damn about it. After I left, I re-duplicated the order by writing via Viber, to which there was 0 reaction. The order was never accepted. In this Cantora, it feels like if you don't have an order for five thousand, then you're just not worthy of their attention. I would not contact this company anymore.
