We rehearsed with the band on 04/29/2025. We entered the room we rented, in fact, the guitar amp turned out to have a non-working effects loop, JCM 2000. While we tested it and found out, it took 20 minutes, and the administrator changed the amplifier for another 15 minutes and asked for help (arguing that I was probably better at this). As a result, with all the substitutions and adjustments, we lost 50 minutes of rehearsal time and only 1 hour and 10 minutes remained out of 2 hours. For this incident, there was not a word from the administrator in terms of apologies for this situation and not a penny discount for lost time through no fault of our own. I don't recommend this basement to anyone.

With all the love and memory of the past. But, alas, the equipment is in poor condition. Microphones are cheap and dead, mixing consoles too. Yes, it is convenient that there is a toilet, there is water, tea/coffee. The temperature conditions in the room are so-so. There is trouble with parking, since it is in the center, and the courtyard has been closed with barriers. Studio administrators are definitely cool!!
