The rooms were large and clean. There was no kitchen or common area so it was a bit sad as you couldn’t socialise with anyone. Breakfast ok but a bit dry.

I give 5 stars, for a very sincere hostess! I travel by motorcycle, stayed there for one day and I had to leave the next day at 5:20. I asked if we could come up with something with breakfast by 5 a.m. (leave something in the evening), to which I received an answer, of course you will have breakfast at 5 a.m. That's what happened, they got up so early for me and cooked scrambled eggs, brought salad, cottage cheese, jam, cookies. I definitely recommend it because of such a warm welcome. The price/quality is fully consistent.

Wi-Fi works well, I watched a movie on YouTube. They settle earlier, there is such an option. The location is good, but not the center, km to the historical place. In Ichan-Kala, for the same price of 146,000 soums (booking, level 3 genius), you can rent a room, I found out later. The dates I was on were March 2023. There are shops near the hotel. The cafes are a little far away, you will have to walk. The hostel has a good and delicious breakfast. They feed modestly, but with a soul, and it feels, many thanks to the owners for this, and special thanks to the owner's daughter for a delicious breakfast. Slippers, towels, shower, water, soap, shampoo, everything was there. Take a walk down the street here and you will see a completely different Khiva, it's wonderful to see all its sides. Khiva just won my heart, and especially her people! Thanks to this place for the hospitality.
