In this clinic, I had 3 teeth removed at once. The attitude from the moment we arrived there was at the highest level, from the registrar of visitors, the doctor in the rengen office, everything was explained clearly, gently, with respect, this is very, very rare in today's world. I would like to express special gratitude and appreciation to the surgeon Bayram and his assistant Svetlana. They just did their job superbly. I don't recommend it to anyone, I don't understand why, but the staff is very rude and offended. I will never go to this clinic, either the queue, or you will be rude and spoil the whole mood for the day.
Apparently, this is the policy, if necessary, you will come.

Terrible attitude towards the patient:the doctor is late for an appointment almost on a regular basis! The appointment is at the same time, and the doctor appears after an hour or more. I work and therefore sign up for paid dentistry for the convenience and planning of my own and other people's time, but this cannot be done with this dentistry. 8 years ago, I put and treated my teeth here, but I have never met such a lack of respect for patients (who also bring their money)! You need to think 10 times before signing up here. There are zero reactions, no one is taking any measures!

I thought I was going to get an apology, but it didn't happen. I just didn't want to swear.

I treated my teeth here about 13 years ago (I can't say anything about the treatment now). Today I visit only to take a panoramic picture: there is nowhere else in Borisov. Its working hours are from 10.00 to 16.00 with a lunch break from 13.30 to 14.30. The cost is 15.20 rubles.

Hello! Teach your registrar how the X-ray room works correctly and competently, there is too much greyhound in it. I arrived there at 9.30, having previously called the reception at 8.42 and asked: Can I come and take a panoramic picture now? To which she replied: yes, come. I arrived and they take pictures there from 10.00. I ask why they didn't warn me that they work from 10, she answers me, I do not know where you called, I just didn't want to raise my nerves before work. Next time there will be a complaint about her and more. Please take action.
