I was not too lazy to count ...exactly half without a head or halved, barely noticeably applied. The rest with the head is not the fact that everything ignites, some are cast aside when ignited!!!

When there is no competition and permissiveness, it leads to this. This applies nowadays not only to this product. Return GOST to the product, forget about THAT one, which allows you to circumvent the law and make a profit in any way.
