In Borjomi, for the first time, I tasted water directly from the spring, in the very heart of the park. Before that, I only knew the one from the bottle - cold, carbonated, pharmacy-like. And here it is warm, slightly brackish, with a slight taste of iron and sulfur. It's not immediately pleasant, but there's something real about it. The park is beautiful, green, with shady paths, ancient fountains and the smell of pine needles. You walk, listen to the sound of the water gurgling, and you already feel calmer. There are always people at the spring itself - someone pours water into bottles, someone just tastes and smiles, wincing at the taste. I drank from a plastic cup that they give me right there. The water comes from the faucet under pressure, hot-water - forty degrees, not less. After a couple of sips, my stomach feels warm, as if from tea. They say it's good for the stomach, but what I remember more is the feeling that you're touching something alive, that this water comes from the ground itself, not from a pipe. After the spring, you walk further through the park - the air is fresh, there are mountains around, and for some reason it is easy to breathe. A simple place, without too much glitter, but with a special mood.

The water is hydrogen sulfide. But extremely useful. The territory is huge. Thanks to the staff of the nature reserve for the purity and preservation of this natural healing miracle, which the Lord gave to Georgia.

I advise no one to waste time and money visiting this spring, the entrance is GEL 5, the cup is GEL 1, the toilet is GEL 2, i.e. in addition to the paid entrance, everything inside is paid (well, except for the source), construction and dirt are everywhere, concrete mixers are driving, guides are terribly imposed on every corner and everything is destroyed. EXPENSIVE, DIRTY, INTRUSIVE, OVERRATED AND RUINED!
