The staff is very polite, they will always offer water/ tea, sweets, they are competent in matters of the store's assortment, they never offer "just to buy", only what you or your loved ones will use. I want to go back there again and again! And what a gorgeous interior there is, and the location of the equipment is a real pleasure for the eyes! I recommend you to visit!

As we wrote below, all customer orientation ends at the stage of payment for the product. I bought a hair dryer on 29.09, the hair dryer was not checked in the store. At home, it turned out that the nozzle was cracked. Since then, I have been trying to solve this problem to no avail. They answer every other time, they feed you breakfast. Either we will send the nozzle, or it is not in stock. It's been over 2 weeks. The issue has not been resolved. A hair dryer, for a moment, does not cost 3 rubles. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything here.

The first breakdown- exactly a couple of days after the warranty ended, they came immediately with a claim form, it helped- they fixed it under warranty, but the happiness was short-lived- a couple of months and then the breakdown again. But now, of course, it is not guaranteed, getting hair on the motor axis, cleaning, as indicated in the service, is a "difficult repair" for 80 rubles)) I always used the styler carefully, cleaning after each use, and the result seems to be a lifetime subscription to Bork repairs. I only regret one thing: that I did not request a refund after the first breakdown, so if something is broken, I recommend that you immediately write a written complaint (a sample is available on the website of the consumer protection Society) and request a refund. The "facade" is beautiful, but the content, unfortunately, is the cheapest.
