We decided to purchase Cat equipment from an official Borusan dealer. After 3!!! after a week of negotiations and waiting for the contract and the invoice, the manager informs you that your equipment was sold, a man came with cash and bought it. When asked what about the booking, the answer was "it happens so often." Our company took out loan funds and signed contract works, but the representatives of Borusan were not interested in this. The approach is like at a bazaar, the first one to put money in the slippers... It is surprising how such a company with such a non-professional approach can be an official representative of such equipment. After the call and attempts to contact the company's management to clarify the situation, no one got in touch. The call center does not provide direct phones, they cannot answer questions.
