A great store. Sales consultants are very polite and attentive. They know the assortment and will tell you in any question. The assortment is very large, which pleases. On the first day, a vacuum cleaner with a factory defect was sold, but it was replaced without problems at the service center on a working day with a new one without unnecessary questions and proof requirements. While waiting for a taxi, they even offered tea/coffee. It was very nice and thoughtful of the staff.

A very good and honest service center. The service in the store itself is pleasant with a full description of the product, which they do not try to "vaporize" you. I want stronger and less fastidious coffee grinders in terms of quality.

A good range of Bosch products. Sales consultants could be trained to a higher level, or maybe two. But in general, the staff is very friendly.
We need to work on the service center. You come with a guarantee, and the guys want to push through a paid scheme, although the warranty card is supposed to be free.

Of course, the quality of Bosch products is undoubtedly excellent. But the prices!!! Even with discounts, it is difficult to buy. Not for our salaries. For me, I'd rather buy the same product made by Lg or samsung. No offense to the store's employees.

Still, it's kind of BOSH. For example, LG refrigerators have these attributes in any refrigerator, and they are cheaper than BOSH. It seems to be a trifle, but it is unpleasant (the sediment is not good)
