Terrible service. We bought equipment for the whole apartment. I arrived, the air conditioners were not connected - they said that the electric wire inside does not fit, you need to take it outside. We took the wire from the outdoor unit (it was included), pulled it into the apartment ourselves and connected it, without any problems at all. The installers said that since we connected it ourselves, there would be no guarantee. Installers arrived to install kitchen furniture - they refused to rearrange the door on the refrigerator - there will be no guarantee type. They did not mount the rest of the equipment - they said that we should screw it on, and they would connect it. We clarified what is included in the installation and received explanations that their task is to plug into the outlet and sewer. They asked to send other installers - they said there were no others. Samsung's neighbors had air conditioners installed - they smashed their walls, put air conditioners on, plastered everything and cleaned up after themselves. The situation is the same with Archelik. I do not recommend either this store or Bosch household appliances
