While the waitstaff were decent, the attitude of the administrative personnel—particularly the Turkish gentleman and the receptionist—was unacceptable. Their treatment of customers was unprofessional and unwelcoming, making for a disappointing experience. Additionally, the restaurant requires a cash deposit for table reservations, which suggests a lack of trust in its customers. This policy, combined with the poor service, has ensured that I will not be returning.
