An unrivaled place for its great location and excellent service. Breakfast, fast check-in, great information, nice cleaning, breakfast and friendly staff.

Great hotel. We stayed for one night before the cruise. Everything is great, it's a pretty nice and cozy hotel. A little away from the busy street. We didn 't hear any noise . Breakfast is included, modest, but you can eat.
But there was one downside... we were freezing in the room . The air conditioner urgently needs repair. There are no blankets in the room, I had to ask the hotel administration.

Everything is fine. The hotel is European, there are many Germans, Portuguese. Cleanliness, service, staff, silence. The breakfast is excellent, a decent buffet with vegetables, grilled vegetables, sweets, omelets, sausages, porridges, etc. The room has clean towels, bed linen, and upholstered furniture.
The staff speaks good English.

Nice little hotel, cozy, good breakfasts, clean.
The only drawback is the proximity of the Grand Bazaar.
I do not recommend traveling by taxi, there are big traffic jams from time to time, it is better to take a tram, just choose a stop higher up the mountain, the terrain is quite steep and it is not usual to go uphill

Nice hotel, small (with 27 rooms), cozy. The staff is very polite and helpful, the rooms are clean and well cleaned, nothing is broken anywhere. The breakfast is delicious, although not very varied, but it won't get boring in a couple of days)

The hotel is in a quiet location, opposite the lyceum, the Galata tower was visible from the room, in the morning they woke up to the sounds from the buffet (tables, chairs were moving on the floor)Breakfasts are weak (eggs of all kinds , potatoes , sausages. the staff is very friendly, cleaning/towels are provided every day, the location is convenient, the only thing was it was scary to go late at night, and there was one ceiling light bulb in the room that did not turn off, the light was right in the eye. In my opinion, the price per night is too high)

Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff, clean room.
On the downside: it's a little noisy, you can't sleep with the window open because of the road and the gymnasium opposite, where they were yelling day and night. Smokers were smoking near the porch and everything was sucked in through the windows. In general, you can live, but not for long...

If problems arise, the staff promptly fixes them. There were problems with the shower, they changed my room within 5 minutes. The breakfasts, the location of the hotel, and the staff leave only positive emotions.
