After check-in (it wasn't late), seven circles of hell began the next day! As it turned out, we allegedly did not pay for the room and they did. The "benefactors" let us in and gave us breakfast. A 100% payment was made on the Ozone website for both rooms for two nights and breakfast. The owner of the hotel threatened to evict us. Moreover, his other son (a young man with an unstable character) was at the reception, but I forgot to write the room we had booked a 4-bed, we were accommodated in 3. They didn't take out the trash! There was no water in the room. In general, nothing! Not to mention the tea and lunch box due to early check-out, although everything was spelled out and the hotel confirmed the booking! I won't describe it for a long time, we dealt with both the support and the hotel for a very long time, we couldn't go on business that was previously planned. Instead of a quiet rest before the flight, we got a huge scandal. We ended up having to pay in cash in rubles (fortunately, they were at the end of the vacation) in order not to stay on the street. My recommendation would be this: please think carefully before going to this hotel. And if you decide, call the hotel to confirm that the payment has been made.
