Disadvantages: - there has not been a single cleaning in 3 days; - the shower stall is very "tired"; - the air conditioner does not cool, it only works in fan mode; - the temperature in the refrigerator is about +10 ° C, the milk is spoiling. In total, I gave a total of 4 stars. For its price, it's very good, if we fixed some minor bugs, it would be wonderful.

I arrived in Astana at 2 a.m. Many thanks for the opportunity to check in early for an additional fee! A delicious hot breakfast in the morning. The chef prepares individual portions. 5 minutes after I arrived, there was already a tray with fried eggs, sausage and vegetables, toasts with butter on the table. The only thing I would like is a kettle in the room.

We stayed at the hotel from May 6 to May 10. We booked a room on the way to Astana, for which we thank the Ardak administrator very much. I didn't regret at all that we literally stopped at the first place I came across. A cozy little hotel. The room is clean, there is everything you need (refrigerator, TV (although we didn't have time to watch it), hairdryer, towels, toothbrush and paste, soap, shampoo, disposable slippers). But the most important and valuable thing is the attitude of the staff: excellent administrators who helped with all our requests, who always asked if they liked everything in the hotel and in the city, recommended interesting places, and simply communicated with us sincerely. It was great that in the morning we didn't have to think about where to have breakfast: porridge or scrambled eggs (with greens or ham or fresh vegetables), sandwiches with butter and cheese, tea with milk were waiting for us for breakfast. I am very grateful to all the staff for leaving the best impressions and memories of Astana. We will definitely be happy to come back to you.
