пришла на окраску в собственный цвет (свой цвет волос русый), ушла каштановая. Вопрос, как???? Очень недовольная...цвет волос и настроение испорчены. Придётся вдвойне нести затраты теперь: обращаться в другой салон, делать смывку и заново краситься. сам салон красивый. отношение персонала тоже вежливое,но вот нужно мастерам учиться смешивать цвета и уметь работать с краской
