I went in for a small bouquet, immediately asked without packaging, they counted 44p. The florist began to say that it would be more beautiful in a wrapper, she said she would wrap it in one thin sheet for free. I gave 50p, they didn't give me the change, as well as the check. There are also no price tags anywhere. It's very unpleasant, I feel cheated
