DISGUSTING travel agency! They framed and "threw" a lot of money!
The trip was disrupted twice! The first time they lied that the bus was in an accident, they postponed the same trip a month later and simply did not take the phone on the eve of the trip. A lot of money is not returned! They say that there are problems with taxes, accounts have been frozen! A huge amount, more than 15 thousand!!! how to get the money now and where to get it to return it to people.
They lied for so long, they said that everything was fine, people were planning a trip and so they framed. The worst thing is that now the money is not returned and the court continues!!! I hope that at least it will be possible to return it!
