The worst service was when we arrived from the airport, no one met us, we went to the reception, no one met us there either, we waited 20 minutes. Our rooms were not immediately prepared for us, we had to wait until one o'clock, and although we were promised as soon as we arrived, they would give us food, and we did not receive rooms of either. As a result, we had to buy breakfast for ourselves with our own money, and we never saw it when we came to the rooms, our beds were more accurate, the bed linen was wet, the Wi-fi was the worst. The air conditioner is not working, the TV is not connected, the service is not registered. I don't recommend it to anyone.Also, in the middle of the day, the fire alarm went off, our electricity went out, the lights in the corridors started flashing, they made a terrible situation, and the balcony does not open.
