Thank you for ruining the evening. In a week and a half, we booked two tracks for 12/26 at 19:00, for two hours, guests arrived from another city, planned the evening. We arrived at 6:50 p.m., stood for half an hour, as our lanes were busy and we waited for others to finish playing. We play, the pins live their lives, the counting is wrong, not our comments five times, each time they said: "Throw, now everything will be fixed," We changed the tracks to others twice, respectively, it takes time. They started playing by 19:20, we were kicked out at 20:15 with the words: "We've only given you one hour, goodbye" No apologies, no loyalty of any kind. Just go away, we have a turnover here. Absolutely rude attitude from the admin's girlfriend and the adult man who went there. There are no words.
