Terrible attitude towards customers, there is no point in contacting them on warranty issues, they will find a way out of almost any situation, they don't give a damn about consumer protection laws at all. A cunning old man will find a way to get out of any situation, no matter what he is doing. I don't recommend contacting them if you want to save your nerves.
