I have no idea what kind of masters are here, but the call center is terrible. They talk in a sleepy voice at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, there is no desire to help at all. They say that there is a free master, I arrive in 8 minutes, everyone is busy. I call back to the call center, they assure me that I was mistaken and asked about another branch. Whoever is responsible for this service, you are terrible at your job.
