The service is far away! No approach to the client! The masters did not look neat. One has long johns sticking out from under his pants, the other has a tie tied short. And the masters should be etholons of style. They threw a cape on me, which is in my hair after someone's previous haircut, and capes of such quality, they thought of a light color to make all the hair visible on them. There was also hair on the brickwork in the hall. The masters are not customer-oriented and have cut a blunder. Well, even making a discount that for the first time and do not know what and how, I have already shown my photo with a fresh haircut and then could not realize. I also said I wanted something new and fresh, but I didn't get any advice or results. Both service and customer focus need to be raised. As it is, you can hardly even call it a barbershop...
