Is it okay to close the toilet by putting up a sign that it is temporarily out of order and keep it closed for several months now??? Why is it that when a visitor comes in from the street, he doesn't have the opportunity to wash his hands, for example??? It is understandable if this is really temporary, but it has been like this for several months and there is a suspicion that this was done simply in order not to do the extra work of cleaning the toilet and so on.
