We made an advance payment, according to the verbal assurances of the sales specialist I.S. By the middle, the order will be completed within a month (30 days) Although after reading the contract and seeing 51 working days in it, I clarified with the seller, to which they repeatedly gave an answer- we carry out orders quickly, 30 days will be ready or even faster…
In fact, after 30 days of silence on the part of the store, the bed began to manifest itself only after the wife's calls to the manager and far from 30 and not 51, but 60 days after the conclusion of the contract. Three days before the end of the contract, the spouse called AGAIN, and only after that the manager called back and notified that the beds would not arrive on time, but approximately with a delay of a week and offered to assemble 2 beds for free, after thinking we agreed to this compromise, since under the contract at that moment we could refuse the order altogether and demand back the prepayment. The manager said that she would coordinate this moment with the management and call back!!! No call was received and as a result, with a delay under the contract of 9 working days, beds appeared on the horizon with the free assembly of only one bed!!! Having clearly calculated that by law we can demand a penalty for a delay of 0.5% of the prepayment, the company reduced it to a free assembly of one bed, just in the amount it almost came out that way.
Impressions from working with this store:
1) I personally think and am sure that many will agree with me that the purchase should be fun. In this case, we got "pleasure" from living with the family, trusting the promises of a store employee and fulfilling contractual obligations to the company, for more than two months on the floor, as we freed up space in the apartment for the planned beds (a child on an inflatable mattress for whom a fun adventure to sleep on such a mattress as in a hike while waiting for his bed turned into torment every night creak when turning over or moving in a dream). I will also note the complete lack of awareness about the state of affairs with the execution of the order, only after our initiative and calls we learned something.
I advise you when choosing in this store to take into account the moment that it is not worth waiting for beds at the promised time by sellers, from the word at all, but to perceive their arrival as a surprise, then maybe you will be able to experience that wonderful feeling of buying a new thing !!!
2) Upon delivery of the beds themselves, the assembly masters called back clearly, we arrived on time, the beds were assembled and set up quickly, polite and correct, the nuance in the configuration was honestly voiced, the issue was promptly resolved (on the same day) for which we thank them very much.
3) The beds are very beautiful, comfortable, massive, the mattress was taken for a baby bed, I really liked it.

We ordered a bed with full payment in August 2022. The bed was delivered on the 20th of September. There was a crooked leg on the footboard. We applied for a guarantee.
The employees who carried out the home delivery arrived. We looked at it, said that it would not be possible to fix it and other employees would come.
A week later, other young people arrived (they had previously typed in an hour on a weekday, I wonder what they would have done if I hadn't been at home), the staff didn't even know what they were going for and why. I had to explain and show the problem. As a result, the entire bed was completely disassembled in order to pick up the footboard (after all, as it turns out, the leg cannot be changed in place), and bring, attention, a new footboard! Why couldn't you just come with a new footboard without dismantling the whole bed and leaving me with a bunch of things that were in the bed and iron legs placed under an orthopedic base? And why disassemble a new bed to replace one part? To this, I was told that we are not from Vegas, and Vegas only cooperates with us. Moreover, the disassembled bed was not even wrapped with stretch film in any way, but for some reason the footboard was packed, which was taken away and which allegedly would not be repaired and would be replaced. They promised to return it within 1-2 weeks. I did not expect such an attitude, but as it turned out, everything is just ahead...
I called the store, told about the current situation, to which I was told that there was nothing wrong with it (there was not a bed at that time for a week), they say everything was sorted out according to the factory labels (you will buy a new car, disassemble it into parts and assemble it back, I think the quality after disassembly and reassembly is unlikely it will be the same).
Having expressed his dissatisfaction, he offered options for the development of events: replacing the bed with a new one, refunding funds, returning the defective footboard back with some comforting bonuses (living a week or two in this state with a small child in a studio apartment does not present any amenities ...).
An employee of the company promised to resolve the issue with the management. The answer was this - either the footboard is guaranteed to be delivered new or they are ready to take back the bed with a refund. Of the bonuses, they can only offer to send warehouse staff, pack the parts that were put on the floor in a film)))) Very nice, no doubt.
It was decided to return the funds, for this purpose an appeal was drawn up, which they promised to consider fairly quickly (although according to the rules of 7 days). As you might have guessed, the appeal was considered on the 7th day. The refund was approved. Delivery works Mon-Tue-Fri, we agreed on Friday, but we warned in advance that you might have to come to the store for the money, because the delivery may not have the right amount (what was the problem to collect the right amount in 3 days is a mystery).
As a result, Friday comes, there are no calls from delivery or managers, we get in touch first. In response, we will pick up the bed on Monday or Tuesday, they say delivery is planned for a week... There is no point in saying anything further on this.
The attitude towards the client is simply absent. Feeding breakfast, and pulling the rubber - that's the whole VEGAS, the company received the money in early August, and on October 1, I'm still without a normal bed, without money, and just morally lowered into a puddle with such an attitude.
In this company, you can only buy a pillow or mattress, they do not make beds and sofas, but those who do it do it badly, and solve issues just as badly.
The only bright ray in this whole situation is the manager Svetlana, who has always tried to resolve the issue peacefully and help, unlike the company's management.
