It's a great place. The top level of service for Tashkent. It is clear that the owners are investing serious efforts and resources to maintain a high bar. Half of the waiters, bartenders and cooks are quartered from Russia to train local staff. According to rumors, they work in shifts so that the quality does not drop.
For beer, I strongly advise everyone to try Kvak or other traditional Belgian brands.
In the kitchen.
1. Objectively the best chicken wings in Uzbekistan. There are simply no others like it.
2. Potatoes with parmesan is a sample for all local establishments of how to make potatoes. Not overcooked, not in 5 oil after deep frying, slightly sweet with a light crust and a soft core. With Bluche sauce, it's just ambrosia.
3. Tartarus is weak. The serving is not very good, the Parsnips are much better.
4. Any menu item is exactly the same as its Moscow counterpart in terms of taste.
Of the cons.
Objectively expensive. We take the Moscow menu and multiply the price tags by 1.5. But against the background of the Wine Day, it is quite acceptable.
There are no bottled beers. This is the main and obvious disadvantage. All Belgian beer is a success story of 0.33 bottles. Give people a taste of Fine and Castel, Rashfort and Trappist, as well as lambics so that they have a taste for the best beer in the world. They promise to settle this nuance in the near future, so 5 stars in advance and as recognition of the obviously obvious efforts and achievements of management.
