A beautiful place, with pleasant prices, lower than other such establishments, and delicious food. In the evening, it may be cool outdoors, you need to be prepared for this, although there are gas racks for heating. In the evening, all tables are occupied, but the service speed is acceptable, although there are nuances. The waiters are trying, but it would not hurt to teach them a little, and the organization of service is lame. I mean, the waiters don't seem to know what orders the guests are making. For example, they wanted to take away the dish I ordered, supposedly they are waiting for it at another table, but I will have to wait a little longer!!! It's some kind of game, besides I've already started eating it)))). Then I saw them explaining to the disgruntled guests that they had taken their order to the wrong place and repeatedly pointed their finger at me. It was unpleasant for me, they messed up, you decide for yourself.
I especially did not like the fact that the waiters arrange loud showdowns among themselves right in the hall, in which managers can also participate. Guests should not see this.
But in general, I recommend, I will definitely come back to observe how the professional level of waiters is growing.

I was in this place for the first time last night. Of the advantages, I will note the cuisine: delicious, meaningful, beautifully served on a plate. But that's probably all the advantages.
Of the cons:
- inability to pay with a Humo bank card
- the lack of an opportunity to dance, although the format of this institution "on the street" is very conducive to that;
- lack of gas burners in sufficient quantity to keep warm;
- for some reason, the waiters do not introduce themselves, although these are the basics of customer service;
- the maintenance process itself also raises questions, for example, the method of replacing the ashtray. Why no one teaches waiters exactly how to do this correctly, I do not understand ...
Well, and remarks on the appearance of waiters: I would prefer a more strict look at the waiter, a dark bottom and a white top, well, or something more modern, but not what the waiters wear as a uniform ...
Finally, pay more attention to the appearance of waiters and bartenders: someone has a haircut, and someone does not, the guys are very diverse and motley, we need a more unified approach, or something, from my point of view...
In general, the impression is: a swing for a ruble, a blow for 10 kopecks, there is clearly not enough dance floor, at least a small one, for 30-50 people, and some kind of show program in the form of live music (saxophone, jazz band or blues musicians) against the background
In summer, it's obviously very good here, because it's warm, but now, in autumn, well, it's not that, it's not comfortable...

I went to this place several times before one incident. I liked the cuisine, the location, the atmosphere there. But the service and customer orientation, as it turned out, are terrible here. I paid with an international master card here. It works perfectly. But last time, both terminals did not accept my card. I said that I used it to pay here before, that everything worked, but that day the terminals refused. My card was fully operational and continues to be. I was asked to pay by local transfer or in cash. But I am not from Uzbekistan, and therefore this option did not suit me. I didn't have the necessary amount of cash. Then they showed me an ATM where I could withdraw them. Okay, I took it off, paid for it. But! I still have a negative aftertaste from what happened. The institution is obliged to notify customers which payment methods it accepts at a given time. It was stated that we accept Mastercard. But in fact it turned out that it was not. This is a hoax. You go to dinner, you think that you will pay with a card, but in fact, the terminals of the restaurant do not accept it. Probably due to some kind of technical glitch or poor setup. And this is not the client's problem, he should not solve the problem with payment, but the institution should comply with the stated accepted payment methods. If there is some kind of malfunction, then the employees of the institution ARE OBLIGED to notify all customers of a technical failure (in this case, the master card terminals, that the master card is not being serviced at the moment and payment can be either local cards or cash) before starting service. None of this has been done. I consider this approach to running a restaurant business unacceptable. As a result, the administration did not apologize to me, let alone offer me some kind of complementary dessert or a taxi home. NO WAY.

I celebrated my birthday in this institution for 30 people. Despite the fact that there was a pre-order, the tables were not ready at the agreed time, there was not even a serving, not to mention that they had to be set. From that moment on, it was already clear that the evening promised to be "fun." In addition to the poor service, it was disappointing that at the end of the bill they tried to count an extra million. The bill also included the cost of a lighter, which was used to light candles on the cake.
Conclusion: in general, the place is not bad, good location and pleasant atmosphere. It is worth going there with a company of no more than 6 people. And the service needs to be tightened, a lot of people complain.

But the cherry on the cake: burgers with pieces of meat were brought with mold on the bun. The manager apologized that such rolls had been brought to them. But the restaurant is responsible for the quality, everything should be checked at acceptance, stored in appropriate conditions and no longer than the prescribed period, well, when cooking, you need to look at what you cook from. After such a jamb, questions arise about the quality and freshness of other products. Well, it's as strange as possible that neither the cook nor the waiter noticed the mold, again, the quality of everything is questionable.

Okay, I accepted the order, I was quite kind.
Further more. They didn't bring salad or drinks, but they brought me a cold pilaf. OK. Then the salad. Tea.
Then they brought a cocktail (pictured) to a child (12 years old) "strawberry-lime", the daughter says that there are no strawberries here. Well, I don't know, maybe they have "so". He tries it, says - ugh mom, I won't drink it, it's kind of bitter! I'm trying alcohol!!! I call the administrator, - in the end, no apologies, nothing like that - they were worried about who exactly brought it, went to find out.
The next boy brings the hot stuff, not at all, but assures "it's beef stroganoff brothers." Until I poked at the picture and caption in the menu, he didn't leave. It's complete nonsense.
As a result, they brought her daughter her normal cocktail and food, although she no longer had an appetite. Some manager came up casually, with the question "everything is fine with you"))) and I was surprised that "no, we didn't like it here." Here is a story about the service and cocktail, some of his excuses that the poor waiters did not sleep all night (this can be allowed, it turns out), and again zero apologies that my child drank alcohol through their fault! There is no limit to indignation. So mess up a good place in the heart of the city.
