For a long time we chose a roof for a house in the village, we wanted something simpler. But after reviewing the metal tiles and estimates of materials, we settled on the Gothenburg graphite 0.5mm modular aquasystem. It looks decent and modern (the difference in cost from the usual sheet was + 10%). We contacted the Mozharov Brothers company, manager Dmitry worked directly with us. Further, in the process of roofers laying materials and the occurrence of some nuances, Dmitry solved all issues promptly (even outside working hours). My experience of meeting and working with the Mozharov Brothers company was not quite ordinary... The construction of my house "from the foundation" was carried out under a construction contract by one of the construction organizations in Minsk. My task was only to make payments on time and accept the finished work in stages. But at the "Roofing" stage, everything went wrong...At some point, I heard /found out what kind of flexible roof tiles were ordered for our facility, what number of tiles, what model of hood for vent.the channel....I would like to note right away that it was the construction company with which I have a contract that ordered it. The construction period was delayed and the roof and I went into deep autumn. I found out from which of the suppliers roofing materials were ordered and began to communicate directly with the Mozharov Brothers company. Vitaly Kozlovsky, the manager, did not "kick me off", but calmly told me what exactly and in what quantity was ordered for our house. Indeed, it turned out that the organization ordered the wrong tile. Vitaly helped me calmly reissue the order for the desired series of flexible tiles. I was also confused by the ordered amount of tiles...it was exactly like the roof area. Considering that our purchased flexible roof tiles are "not a warehouse item", but completely custom-made, so it was important to calculate everything correctly initially. To control the amount of tiles, I sent Vitaly a roof project, he recalculated it in the program and it really turned out that the organization did not take into account at least 5% of the roof area for undercuts / waste. Vitaly was able to competently justify and convince the developer organization that their calculation was incorrect and the tiles should be taken with a margin. And when the car was already under loading in Russia, the Mozharov Brothers company managed to finalize the order. Thank you very much for their professionalism and efficiency. I will write honestly that 1 pack was still not enough, because we have a 6-pitched roof with an inner corner, and the masters have different ways of laying...Manager Vitaly had a hard time...on the one hand, an organization that builds at a fixed contract price and wants to save money on everything, on the other hand, a demanding customer who wants enough tiles to leave with a covered roof for the winter....Vitaly helped out at the stage when 1 pack was missing....He called 20 companies in the Republic of Belarus, where remnants could remain. No one had it. He contacted companies in Russia and was able to arrange for 1 pack in one of them...As quickly as possible under the current conditions, the tiles were delivered to Minsk and the craftsmen returned to the facility to report the missing volume. I also want to recommend caps for vent to everyone.channels made by the Mozharov Brothers company. They have a photo of a hood made of two metal colors on their website. It looks very beautiful, especially with flexible shingles, which are not the same color as metal profiles, but play with several colors... We also have an interesting story with the hood....Either a couple of slats were not delivered, or the hood turned out to be without some rivets. But for me, the main thing is how the company solves the issues that have arisen...On the same day, as they discovered that there were not enough slats, Vitaly gave the task for production, the missing slats were immediately made and everything was brought within 3 hours. The absence of rivets on the hood was noticed later....Vitaly himself came with the tool and delivered the rivets to their places. That is, the company not only supplies materials, but also solves all issues arising during the construction process, even if the issues arose on the side of other organizations involved in the construction chain. Thank you so much for your honest work, responsive attitude to consumers and willingness to help find a way out of current situations, and somewhere to smooth out these situations. I bought a 370 square clickfalts for a roof. All that was required of me was to provide the project and pay for it. All the material was counted without the need for me to understand the materials and their types, we discussed all the points of delivery and storage (and this, by the way, is an extremely convenient option, since I purchased the materials back in mid-August, they were brought on March 1, all this time, according to the storage agreement, the materials were stored in a warehouse, and for me it is free; as a result, I also saved money, since in six months there was an increase in prices (albeit relatively small in the scale of construction, but about one and a half thousand rubles is the right money)).
When there were questions about replacing some materials, Eugene figured out how to solve the problem so that no one would be "hurt".
It is also a pleasant moment that when I had to buy 20 squares of seam (since the actual dimensions of the rafter structures make their own adjustments), Eugene organized at the price at which I bought the material in August.
On delivery - all deliveries were made on time (there were calls from drivers) as discussed. There are documents for delivery. They also send a photo report on the results of the delivery.

I want to leave a review for those who are currently in the process of choosing a roof. In June 2023, it's time to cover the 160 sq. m. bathhouse. We collected an offer from 5 companies and visited the same number in person. In a personal conversation with company managers, it was felt that they were specifically pushing through what they were selling by the end of the day, I was exhausted and angry decided that it was enough for today, I need to go home and think about all the information I received. Returning home, my wife offered to stop by another company on the way, the location of which I always knew since I passed it every day on my way to work, but I never considered them as a potential seller, I don't even know why. On the territory of the Mozharov Brothers Company, a large number of roof samples mounted on stands are presented, which is very convenient. You immediately see how the assembled roof will look and is also assembled with skates, end slats and a drain. Before we had time to look at half of the presented stands, manager Vitaly Kozlovsky came up to us, greeted us warmly and asked how he could help us. I really liked that Vitaly did not try to impose any particular roof manufacturer, but honestly and professionally answered my questions even about those manufacturers who are not represented. In a non-intrusive form, Vitaly suggested considering the modular AquaSystem tile (hidden fastening system) after receiving all the information, we took a break to think and went home.
