1. A wide range of products.
2. There are many active promotions.
3. Outdoor street and underground parking.
4. McDonald's.
Minuses:
1. A small outdoor parking lot for a hypermarket.
2. Among the freezes, spoiled products come across (mold with expired shelf life - apparently poor storage).

If only cat food would be cheaper than in other stores, then I would put 5 stars, but for now 4.
