Official warranty for installation and operation! There is also a department for the sale and installation of plastic windows, with installation and warranty. I recommend it, I ordered a door at my Brother's house, I am very pleased!

I made an order for the installation of a double-glazed window and a grid. I paid for it. On Friday, the first of September, the installation was done. Forgot to make a grid. We agreed that they will do and install the grid on Monday. On Monday, they quietly put an oversized grid on three fasteners and ran away with the words everything is ready. I had to return the installers. The only answer to all claims is "I don't like it. I should have ordered somewhere else." As a result, the grid was taken away. We agreed to install it on Wednesday. On Wednesday, the grid was put up again quietly from the street side.. I found out that the grid is worth it after calling the office. The fasteners are crooked,. I doubt that the grid is in size. But it doesn't matter, as long as this hassle ends and the joy of communicating with employees stops. Wish to the company: when you take the money, immediately warn customers that it is better to order elsewhere, and not during the three-day installation of one double-glazed window and a grid. About the quality: the markings on the plastic are made with a ballpoint pen in visible but inaccessible places. All the plastic is covered in adhesive tape. As a result, the new window (plastic and glass) was washed with a solvent so that it looked at least a little like a new one. I don't advise anyone. The service is at zero.
