A decent library! I decided to visit this institution. Yes, parking the car is so-so, but the library itself is very good, modern renovation, convenient entrance, there is an elevator, reading rooms on the second and third floors, the books themselves are on the first floor. I went up to the reception desk, two pleasant women were sitting, explained everything, showed, registered, handed the reader a ticket and led to the repository of knowledge and adventures itself. There were a couple of people in that room looking for what they needed. The third woman helped with the orientation of where and how. Taking a book to read at home (it is given for exactly 1 month, then you need to extend the anonymity, so to speak, if you haven't had time to read it). You can extend the time of book ownership during a visit, or for a fee by phone (like 60 kopecks). The book I took is very old and a little battered, when I asked if I could paste it, the woman replied that there was no need, she had her own specialist in these matters. In general, it's cool, and it's also free!!!!!!! The staff is really polite, and I bow low and respect you for that!!!!!!!
