Our company rented a gym to conduct corporate employee training with an outside trainer. The service turned out to be disgusting, unprofessional and disrespectful: 1) the employee who was supposed to meet us and prepare the hall arrived later than us and late from the appointed time; 2) we agreed in advance on the need to set up tables and chairs, for which we paid, there were no tables upon arrival and our employees searched the floor on their own for tables that could be used; 3) the thermopot for the coffee break was not turned on in advance, as a result, it heated up after the coffee break had passed and it was no longer relevant to us; 4) at the time of the start, no one prompted, connected or consulted the screen necessary for broadcasting the presentation.
