I strongly do not recommend carrying a laptop / phone here for complex repairs, I brought a laptop to them, immediately said that the laptop does not respond to power, push and replace the non-working transistor in the power supply circuit, they call and say 350 for replacing the transistor (taking into account that the transistor costs 5 rubles), or 450 more but they will take the original transistor, just a master or a complete idiot or a fraud, in the end I agreed to 350, but even then they cheated, they added another 60 rubles for the so-called "Bios firmware", after which my laptop stopped working from the battery. Just 410 rubles and 2 weeks for soldering the masfeta. They also sent the laptop to another point, came to pick it up there, for any question I have, I don't know, I didn't do it. I'LL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN IN MY LIFE!

Very terrible service. I was taking computer components for repair. Half of them were repaired after 4 months. The rest is still being repaired, and it's already been half a year. When asked to return the components, they are fed breakfast or avoid conversation. The opening hours indicated on the official website are not true. I do not recommend contacting this service. You'll get yourself a firebrand.

By agreement with the master, a computer was brought, there was no one in the service at that time and at the same time it was open. We called the master, he said that he had left for departure and would be back soon and that we should leave the computer in the service. All this happened at about 3 p.m. At about 6 o'clock we decided to dial it ourselves and find out what was wrong with our device, to which we were told that it was being made. At 8 o'clock we decided to dial again (we called several times) - no one answered, so we decided to go to the service ourselves, since it works until 10. Upon arrival, there was no one in the service again and no one even touched our computer, not that they repaired it. The computer was standing exactly as we left it. There was a paper hanging on the door that the master had left and you could call him (2 phone numbers were indicated), after calling 10 times, no one answered us. Judge for yourself the professionalism of the employees of this service.

Terrible service. They kept their laptop for a whole month. During this time, nothing was fixed, but they could not even figure out what the problem was and all the time they called different reasons for the breakdown. As a result, I gave the laptop to another workshop, where it spent 3 days, after which it could be picked up in working condition. They also said that the cooling system was assembled incorrectly after this service. I do not recommend anyone to contact here, you will waste your time

Very upset.I serviced the laptop only in this service, cleaned and replaced the coolers.Everything was completely fine.But when a serious problem arose, they could not diagnose the cause, they did not explain anything specifically.After several days of diagnosis, they simply said that the processor had died and that no one would really help with the repair. The laptop is expensive, I took it to another service for a second opinion.The cause was immediately identified and everything was fixed.During the diagnosis, it was also established that one spare part is not native, which leads to very bad thoughts, since the laptop was previously serviced only in this service.I plan to arrange a showdown on this issue, it's a shame.

It was necessary to fix the laptop very urgently, there was no way to go and the guys helped out a lot. We stopped by in the morning, picked it up and by the evening of the same day the laptop was ready. After the diagnosis, they called and agreed on the cost, explained in an accessible way what was wrong with the laptop and what spare parts were being changed. I sent the computer for diagnostics. I waited a week, no one called. I called myself, the master said that everything had already been checked. There are problems with the motherboard, the processor is 99% working, which confused me strangely. How is it 99%?) They will dial you, you will come and pick it up. The next day, no one dialed. I arrived a day later and picked it up myself. After buying a new motherboard, my computer did not work. I handed it over to another service, where they told me that everything works if you change the percentage. Irresponsible and incompetent staff. I applied for the first and last time.
