Everything was very tasty and wonderful. It is far from the old town, but you can get there through the park for 15-20 minutes and I highly recommend doing this. It was delicious and interesting.

The gastro bar is too much! A simple, uncomplicated kitchen heated in a convectomat can be better and tastier, there are such places in Vitebsk! The bar is a good, intelligent bartender and a sincere musician!! If you walk past the basement, you won't regret it!

Expensive and tasteless. The food is served beautifully on large plates, but there is nothing to eat there. I bet on the cocktail card (previously it was a feature of the institution), but now the choice is minimal and the composition and volume of the cocktail are not written. All that remains of the good old Brevis is the name and the disappointment of the visit. Now there's another boring place for those who are over...
The only thing I liked was the warm veranda, plus a star for it

The kitchen is excellent, very unusual. The musical sequence is pleasant. But everything else is not very good, the waiters do not understand the small beer menu at all. Problems with communication in the room.

Maybe I got a bad cook, but the grilled squid with brown rice was without brown rice (with almost the same as in a regular dining room), and the squid was without traces of the grill, as if it had just been defrosted in the microwave.
The spicy buckwheat tea turned out to be just buckwheat tea.

The waiters are kind. Portions are smaller than those indicated on the menu. The taste qualities of the dishes are low. Undercooked rice with milk and cheese is not risotto, even if you put 5-6 shrimp on top. There are no light vegetable salads at all.

I haven't written negative reviews before, but I couldn't help myself. We visited this place on 03/08/2024, a table for two was booked. We ordered apetizers and main dishes, as a result, they bring apetizers and the main dish for one, we had to go look for a waiter, who, as it turned out, did not understand, additional plates were not brought to the apetizers. How to eat from one dish on the table??? I had to ask them to bring it. After the main course is taken out again for one, we wait 10 minutes for the second one. For the whole evening, the waiter has not once clarified whether everything suits the food and whether something else is needed. The kitchen is a separate story, but since the opinion may be subjective, I will not describe it. I didn't like the word at all. It's a pity it used to be one of the best places. Maybe we were unlucky with the service. I will not recommend it to anyone for sure. The owner should pay attention to the staff, especially since the place positions itself as an author's kitchen with rather big prices.

We got to Brevis completely by accident. It is difficult to find an institution, Yandex maps helped. The sign is small and it is not easy to see it from the road. But they did not regret their choice at all. I really liked everything: the cozy atmosphere, unobtrusive service. A wonderful serving of dishes; the dessert was absolutely amazing.
