I have been a regular customer of this salon for many years. I really like it both as a person and as a master of Juliana.
But for some reason, I have never seen the adminstrator of the salon, although I have been going for many years about once a month!
But as it turned out, the administrator's name is Radmila and I had to talk to her on the phone. I have an extremely unpleasant impression of communicating with her!Instead of apologizing for the current situation, she attacked in conversation, aggression and irritation were heard in her intonation!
The management should have had a conversation with her about how to communicate with customers, especially since the competition in such salon services is simply frenzied!Otherwise, it seems that Radmila absolutely does not know how to communicate with clients, does not know how to resolve conflict situations!Maybe she just shouldn't work with people?!
And now it became clear why I had never seen the administrator before and did not communicate with her-she would simply scare off all customers with her manner of conversation!
