Among the advantages, I note the proximity to Istiklal (7 minutes uphill), and to the tram stop (the same 7 minutes downhill), as well as a friendly manager.
There is a coffee shop nearby with excellent breakfasts.
The hotel itself is fresh inside, but we came across a room on the ground floor (we did not pay attention to this when booking), and it left a negative impression. A very uncomfortable bathroom, to open the door to the shower, you have to leave the bathroom.
A creaky, rumpled bed. And the main feature is that the window closes with one metal latch from above, that is, from below it does not close at all from the word, and at temperatures below +10 it is directly cool in the room.
Perhaps the rooms on the upper floors are better and more spacious, but I do not recommend a room on the ground floor.
