I passed the CPE in July of this year. To begin with, I registered on the website and sent a questionnaire, then I paid for the services six months before the exam. The staff ALWAYS stayed in touch and answered all questions very kindly and patiently. There were a lot of questions... on the day of the exam, I arrived in advance, and we were sent to take the exam. The big minus was that the air conditioner wasn't working, it was about 30 degrees outside, but it wasn't as hard for me as it was for others, because I can stand the heat. During the break, you can have a snack with a chocolate bar and go to the bathroom before writing. I enjoyed taking the exam at this center, especially the speaking part, for which they gave the maximum score. The woman who conducted the exam was very nice and tried to create a calm atmosphere. I take off the star only for the air conditioner and for the fact that the certificate takes a very long time, but this is not critical.
