Many thanks to STO Britcar and specifically to Ivan for the excellent service, approach and careful attitude to a very expensive car. I applied to them with Mercedes painting, and the result exceeded all expectations. The car wasn't just done perfectly — it was painted perfectly, without a single speck, and it was finished even faster than the promised two weeks! Professionalism, quality and speed are all excellent. It is very pleasant to deal with the masters of their craft. He handed over the car, took the car, and that was it. We found all the necessary spare parts ourselves. All factory safety was restored (all blocks were flashed). The body was digested with argon. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates their car and wants to get a great result without a headache! 👌

If you want to repair a car for a long time, expensively, poorly and then look for someone who can redo and fix all the jambs - welcome to Britcar! I gave the car a full pour. Before that, other craftsmen sandblasted the beetles and primed them. The deadline, of course, was 1.5 times longer than agreed, and it would have been longer if I hadn't started calling often. Some of the parts were too lazy to remove before painting (mirrors, antenna, wings). The corners of the parts are not painted, the sand is under the varnish on the parts, the paint is stained (they themselves recognized the problem, but they need to be repainted in a new way to fix it). In addition, the paint began to bubble (swell) at the time of delivery of the car. The craftsmen clean the parts and leave them uncoated for several weeks. I'm already silent about the broken parts. I do not recommend these masters. Take care of your nerves and time.

Excellent service station! The whole right side of the car was smashed, I was injured, insurance repairs. I searched for a decent service station for a long time according to the recommendations, but all in vain… No one could guarantee that the insurance company would compensate for the complete repair. But, by chance, I came across a British car service station, where the director Ivan (a very decent man), after examining the car, gave guarantees that the insurance company would reimburse us for the full cost. I trusted you and FOR GOOD REASON! We did it very quickly and efficiently! The insurance company paid for everything. Which is not a little important! I've never repaired a car under insurance, I didn't know how to act correctly. Director Ivan gave a full and accessible consultation. I got additional payments from the insurance company. An additional inspection by the insurer, the director of the service station took over and thanks to this, I was paid for additional repairs, on those points for which the insurance company had previously refused. I didn't even have to attend. I highly recommend this service station!
