We wanted to move in from August 8-14, in May we left a 3500 prepayment, before that we rested in Adler for a week (rotavirus, almost died), as a result, on the night of August 7-8, it rained all night in Gagra, there is a mountain river near the guest house, after the downpour it turned brown and it all poured into the sea in with frenzied force , the sea was terribly dirty within a radius of 1 km, branches and sticks were dirty, I saw it and was horrified , I realized that in the coming days I would not go to the sea, as in the following it is also unclear, and we have only 6 nights, I asked the hostess to return the prepayment to find a place where there is no such horror They refused me , they said - these are your problems , either live or leave , the request to stay the night was also ignored. After Adler, we were so exhausted by the rotavirus, we thought at least we would rest here, in the end it was terrible, I was even afraid to imagine that we would stay in this guest house with this water and the sea. The hostess refused all my requests, she did not return the money. Be careful during the rains - the mountain river, which is 5 m from the guest house, turns into terrible mud that clogs the sea and your vacation will turn into horror. If possible, I will attach photos and videos.

I can't help but share my experience of communicating with the owners of this guest house, but everything is in order.We contacted the hostess of this guest house through this website, she turned out to be very friendly and trustworthy,offered a choice of a quadruple room, with amenities or an economy double,we travel together with my wife and a small dog, chose a quadruple, made an advance payment and waited for the long-awaited day of the beginning of the vacation on 31.08,booked about 27.08,and here we are going to the airport on 30.08, since the arrival is very early, I decided to contact the hostess about checking in as early as possible, and what do you think, in response they tell me that she is very sorry, but her husband ordered the room yesterday for 8 days and that she can offer an economy room, which is twice cheaper, but we are not satisfied with the economy at all, we did not initially choose it, as a result, we were left homeless in less than a day at the airport, I give credit to the prepayment immediately, the question is why they did not warn at least immediately, we would have had more than a day to solve the problem, and not on the move in on the road. Good conditions, reasonable prices, excellent location, there is a large summer kitchen, towels, clean linen, TV, air conditioning, shower with toilet in the room. There is a parking lot across the street, the sea is 70 meters from the house. Cafes and canteens where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner are within walking distance. Abkhazia is a country where you come for impressions, we rested for two weeks and went to new interesting places every day and honestly, we just didn't have time to consider what dirty irons and cut tables there were))) We wish everyone a good rest! 😉

Good afternoon. I would like to dilute the positive reviews about this guest house. We lived with a family of 3 people in a triple room with two balconies. Everything looks beautiful from the photos . They settled in . The hostess Anna met us with a very arrogant look. And then she kind of didn't notice anyone, but I've never heard the word Hello from her. ))) The furniture in the room is from the 90s. The mattresses are all in springs , it is impossible to sleep , the pillows are made of halafiber, which has turned into lumps . All the beds creak terribly. You can probably hear three floors below . ((( Someone can be seen in the room , when one of the men punched the wall and left a hole in the wall and the cart is still there . The hole is as it was (( . Toilet : the constant smell of sewage , the toilet is screwed on one bolt, and you think you're going to fall)). Shower faucet - everything for Russians))) . Instead of cold water - hot and instead of hot water - cold . The cleaning of the bathroom and the room is terrible - there is no word for it!!!!! There are two plastic chairs and a table on the balcony. The table is all cut up , dirty , and so on . Probably hasn't changed in 5 years. The chairs are the same. The balcony is covered in cobwebs , the floors are dirty . Irons: one on the ground floor , the second on the second floor. On the second floor, the iron is all dirty. The sole of the iron is all burnt black . And most importantly, none of the owners are trying to bring it back to normal . It 'll do just fine . There are two kitchens. But I didn't cook anything in the kitchen -I was afraid. All dishes are greasy , dirty , etc. The house stands by the road . The audibility of car noise through closed windows is EXCELLENT. It 's like sleeping with the window open . Location - yes . Very close to the sea. It was the only thing that made me happy . Dear Anna. Your guest house "Breeze " is located on the first line and people pay you good money for your stay. If you are engaged in the hotel business and have called yourself a guest house, THEN KEEP A DECENT BRAND, AND DO NOT SETTLE PEOPLE IN A STABLE.
