In July 2024, I made a 100% prepayment for a 5-person tour for September. A day before departure, Oksana informed us that the flight had been cancelled and the tour had been cancelled. I am enclosing a letter from Breeze Tour and an official response from the airline that the flight "cancelled" by Oksana Arkadyevna Kim took place. At the trial, she could not provide confirmation that she had bought the tour for us. So, I didn't buy it from the operator. So, she wasn't going to fulfill her contractual obligations. I highly do not recommend this organization, there is no responsibility to tourists. I am enclosing Oksana's letter, the airline's response, and the payment receipts. The office has moved from this address, and there is also a review in 2gis. The money was returned on February 27, 2025 after contacting the CSI.
